Course Creation Done For You

Choosing someone to help you translate your content into a course is an important decision and one I know you want to get right. That's why I provide a free, no-obligation 30-minute discovery call where you can chat to me via Zoom or by phone to find out if we're a good fit to work together. This is an opportunity to ask me any questions you have, so you have all the information you need to make a well-informed decision.

I have 15 years of experience as a teacher, curriculum developer, and course designer in both higher education and in business, working with academics and subject-matter experts from fields as diverse as psychology, engineering, education, law, busines, leadership, and design to name a few!

My experience as a teacher informed how I understand learning and through that I developed my own methodology. My experience as a university learning designer has in turn informed how I design and create learning experiences for online, and over the years I've developed my own Knowledge Alchemy framework.

I've designed hundreds of courses for universities, and dozens of successful courses for entrepreneurs.

I also have an undergradute degree in Communications and Cultural Studies, and two Master's degrees.

My maximum project allocation is 3 months.

However, every course and client is unique. So, the first things we do in our Blueprint session is create a project plan to map out the scope and stages of the project. 

Once you sign-off on the project plan, we both commit to meeting milestones to move the project through to completion.  

Once the agreement is signed and deposit is paid, I will send you a link to your own Google folder. There you can share all of your existing content and anything that you'll be repurposing or translating into your course. 

We then kick-off the 3 phases:

Phase 1: Pre-development. In this session, we'll map out your course create the curriculum together, and create the project plan to manage timelines.

Phase 2: Development. We collaborate to develop your course content, including scripts, activities and other learning materials. I do most of the heavy lifting here, but it is an iterative process that requires your input and feedback, with you reviewing and signing-off final content. 

Phase 3: Creation. Here you'll record your videos and create your course resources including any other multi-media or graphics. 

Throughout the process, we'll have bi-weekly check-ins to review and touch base. My style of working is very personal so we'll have lots of one-on-one time!

My services include:

• Course mapping and curriculum design.
• Script-writing.
• Resource creation, including slide-decks, student templates, and workbook activities.
• Kajabi implementation -  course and sales funnel setup - (see Kajabi done-for-you).
• Auditing existing course or program.
• Redesigning/refreshing existing course.

My expertise is in course design and development. 

I don't offer launch or sales strategy, but can refer you to course launch specialists if this is a service you require.

Knowledge Alchemy is a bespoke package customised to suit your unique requirements.

Prior to our discovery call, I'll send you a questionnaire to complete to help me ascertain the services you require.

During our discovery call, we'll delve deeper into these. Then, based on your unique needs and requirements, I will create a proposal for you to review. 

This ensures that you get exactly the service you need, customised to you, your time, and your budget.

Outside the scope of my services, there are other costs to consider when planning for your course.

The main additional cost will be the cost of the platform to host and sell your course.

However, you may also wish to consider the following:

• Graphic design.
• Marketing and launch costs.
• Videography and editing.

Kajabi is an all-in-one solution that allows you to manage the design, delivery, marketing, and sales of your course.

There are many other  course platforms that we can discuss as alternative options. 

However, as a Kajabi specialist, my expertise is maximising Kajabi for your course and business.

To commence work, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This can either be paid via credit card or direct debit on an invoice. The remaining 50% is paid on project completion.

Refunds will not be given for work completed unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.
